Lori-and-LizI met Liz for the first time in 1998 when she came to take a class at the Nashville Jazz Institute. Her first class was a Vocal Styles class with Beegie Adair. She had been a saxophonist in school and decided she wanted to sing. I loved this gal from the moment I met her! She could already swing you into bad health and sang and played like a pro! We began to compose together a few years after we met. Liz and I click so well as writing partners because we understand one another. She is definitely a kindred soul that I am positive that we’ve been in several past lives together. Thank you Liz for being the most beautiful light in life!
